How long will my order take?
Most items are on a made-to-order basis therefore please allow
7-21 21-24 business days upon receiving your payment to process your order (before shipping time – view shipping estimates below). If the item is a custom order, please allow up to 6 weeks production time as it depends on how soon the order is finalized and the complexity of the new design. We are trying to minimize the need to visit the PO during this time. Your order is normally dispatched between Mondays to Wednesdays except for Public Holidays. A shipping notification email will be sent to you when it is shipped.
What are the Estimated Shipping Times and Shipping Policies?
Due to disruptions from COVID-19 and potential shipping carrier delays, there’s a chance your package may not arrive on the originally estimated date. We may be experiencing significant delays in mail and parcel services to China, Hong Kong, Macau, parts of Europe and the Middle East.
Malaysia: 2-5 business days
Asia Pacific: 1-2 weeks
North America: 2-3 weeks
Europe: 2-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-3 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 4-5 weeks
Sub-Saharan Africa: 4-5 weeks
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to Canadian custom delays, shipping to Canada may take longer (up to 2-3 months). Update (March 2019): The custom delays in Canada may no longer apply and estimated shipping times is similar to North America.
All orders are shipped via Pos Malaysia (national postal service). Domestic orders are sent by PosLaju. International orders are shipped using Registered Air Mail with tracker and may take 2-5 weeks depending on your location.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping address as we will ship to the address provided. Therefore please ensure that your mailing information is accurate and spelled correctly.
What is the Checkout Currency on this site?
Items are priced in Ringgit Malaysia MYR. You may view the prices in United States Dollar USD / US$ but you will be charged in Ringgit Malaysia MYR upon checkout.
What Payment Methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit card payments made through PayPal or direct bank transfer for Malaysian bank account holders (with a Malaysian address). Please view further instructions upon checkout.
Do I need a PayPal account to make payment via PayPal?
No, you do not. You can use your debit/credit card to make payment as per normal. PayPal is a payment gateway service. All transactions are processed in Ringgit Malaysia MYR.
Do you offer Custom Orders?
We currently accept personalized requests. Please get in touch with us at email@example.com. Also contact us if you would like to resize an existing bag order but it will be at a higher cost as resizing is usually quite an involved and complicated process.
What are the Sizing Details?
The measurements and dimensions of the item are listed in the description of the item in both cm and inches. If you are unsure about a size of an item, please measure with a ruler or tape measure before you order. Do make sure that it is in a size you want. Kindly drop us a message should you require further clarification about sizing before placing an order.
What are the Care Instructions?
Most of our handmade bags and accessories are made with linen, cotton, wool, felt or a blend, so please exercise some care if you must clean them. It is preferable to spot clean or wipe with a damp cloth rather than wash.
DO NOT machine wash or use a dryer as it may cause some fabrics to shrink and go out of shape. DO NOT wash any items that has leather (genuine or faux) as it will get water damaged. DO NOT wash any items with metal parts as it may rust if not dried thoroughly.
If you are wearing denim jeans, the dye from your jeans may transfer onto the bag or accessory you are using. Please do a “rub test” on a scrap piece of fabric before wearing the item.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you cancelled your order.
What is your Refund Policy?
We do our best to represent the item as accurately as possible and take a lot of care in making and packaging each item. We generally do not offer refunds unless the item is extremely defective and proof or evidence of the defect is presented within 24 hours of its arrival.
All damaged or defective goods must be returned in its original, unworn or unused condition within 7 days of its arrival.
All SALE ITEMS and/or CUSTOM REQUESTS and/or PERSONALIZED ITEMS (such as embroidery service) are FINAL and no returns or refunds will be accepted. This includes items sold with discount codes.
Do you do Wholesale or Consignment Orders?
